Josh was awesome!!!!! Front desk Beverly both days I was there seemed unhappy with her job. Not very friendly and is the first impression of your company. Very pleased with the work and all the updates Josh kept me informed....

I was told that they would test drive to make sure the cr was aligned correctly. However, the care is pulling badly to the side where the accident occurred. I have tried to contact the office concerning this matter, but no one has returned my call.

I was updated everyday and I was given a ride to and from Abra when I dropped off my car and dropped off my rental again. Donna was very kind to me and I appreciated her very much. Mainly because the rental car place gave me such terrible service. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I turned my car in on a Monday and I was told there were many cars in front of me. I asked was this a problem to take my car the management said no it wasn't a problem. They did not start the work on my car until Thursday, four days later. I called and they said they would give me the status or call me back I then had to return the calls because they had problems with following through with communication. They extended the time with my car which was extremely inconviencing me. If they did not have time or an opening for my car, I should have been told. I would have bought my car back at a later time without a problem. My insurance recommended Abra to service my car but I was very displeased with the lack of consideration of my time. I had to extend my time in the in the rental car three different times because they were finding a new problem or they were just not ready. I had to keep my rental car for 11 complete days. I got my car back after hours because they knew how upset I was and how long of a time I was without my car, I practically phoned them every other day.
