My interactions and price of repair negotiations with your staff left me with a very poor opinion of your methods for doing business. I paid about 30% of the initial price I was quoted. I understand there is always some wiggle room and you have to make a certain margin but there is no reason that the staff I dealt with should either A. Have the authority to offer such a discount as it makes you all look like criminals or B. Be incentivized based off their margins as clearly someone would have made off like a bandit if I had paid the initial quoted price. Feel free to contact me. Brad S

After further examination of repair, there excessive visible evidence on front bumper cover repair. The staff was great and time of repair was great. But I can not say I am COMPLETELY satisfied due to this one noticeable flaw.

I was called the night before my car was scheduled to be dropped off and asked to postpone the repairs. I did not feel comfortable driving my car with the damage it had and when I said no, I felt like the employee was upset that I wasn't willing to postpone. Once at the shop, it took nearly 3 weeks to have my car repaired and I felt that was too long. My car was at a suspension shop for a week waiting on parts and then once those parts were in, I was told more parts needed to be ordered. I would have thought that any parts needed should have been ordered from the start. Although I received phone calls with updates, if I called back with questions I felt like I was getting the run around about the process and delays. I had to bring my car back after picking it up because the door was not put back together correctly. Overall I was not satisfied with the customer service and repair process. Although no employee was outwardly rude, at times the tone was condescending towards me.
