Abra provided excellent service during the time that I needed them most. It only took 2 ****/2 days to fix my car. I didn't have time to miss it or call to get a status. Unfortunately this was my third time in the last year to use Abra services (I have teenagers). I thought this visit, like the two previous ones, was relatively painless and the job was well done. I would have like a bit more communication in the last few days but I think I'm a pretty demanding consumer. All's well that ends well.
