Completely disappointed in how my case was handled by MacKenzie. I agreed to receive communications via texts. This proved to be a big mistake. Received a text on Thursday regarding previous demage to my car. This area was related to the repair of the new demage. Text on Thursday informed me that the area was not going to be covered by the insurance, even though it was part of the bumper. A previous bodyshop informed me that this was going to involve minimum time/cost since the area was going to be exposed/paint doing the time of repair to the bumper. The total cost of the repair to my car was $2,237.82. MacKenzie quoted $****,200 for the small area over the bumper. Not sure where she pulled this estimate. Now old area of demage more pronounced/obvious. Why would a professional bodyshop not consult with me for a complete repair of the area for a more "professional" repair job. All that I have spoken to, expressed the same sentiment. I choose ABRA for its close proximity to my home and that Cadillacs are repaired there. I now regret the choice; thought my car was at a better place. Your shop did not serve me well!

After such a horrible hit and run accident, it was wonderful to receive the daily updates and personal phone calls. It actually allowed me to feel that I was regaining a sense of control. The repairs look great and it was a great team effort. I would use your company again and certainly tell others. Thanks for your services

Later delivery than promised. Not communicating with me consistently. I had to play the role of Quality Control. ABBRA's poor service cost me time and money.

The repair work looks great but am not too happy about someone stealing my brand new bottle of cologne. I am 100% sure that it was in my console (where I always store it). I noticed it was missing yesterday morning and will not be back because of that. Not cool...
