Mechanical issue with the cruise control,traction control and stabilitrack was not addressed. We were charged for a Front license Bracket, but one was not installed on the vehicle.

Matt Youngblood provided excellent customer service. Eliesha**** did as well. They both made me feel extremely welcome and happy. They had positive attitudes and I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. My repair was done within the same day and my car looked great. My rental car way exceeded my expectation. I was upset that I got there and you said I owed 500. You immediately called my insurance company who confirmed I was not at fault and didn't owe anything. I really appreciated that you didn't question that but would say that the receptionist that checked me in told me I would owe that and I said I was not st fault and she didn't take the time to tell my rep and this could have been avoided if she did. When I told my reply that I didn't owe 500 and I am sure I looked angry it was clear that the receptionist remembered me. That is a very minor negative but still s negative. You don't give a chance to rate objectivity which is why a have a 100% instead of a very good

I a big on customer service. Everyone from the two receptionists to the estimate agent provide excellent customer services. They made feel like they cared about my concerns and took notes. They want beyond the call of duties to assist me. I am also very satisfied with the work done on my 2017 Corrola. In other words, I would definitely use Abra services again.

I made my appointment a month in advance. I called the store on Friday, and spoke to Ellisha, confirming my appointment for the following Monday. We spoke in detail concerning my drop off time, and I asked her to have my paperwork ready first thing because I was unsure when my ride had to be at work. When I arrived Monday morning, Ellisha told me my appointment had been cancelled; however she remembered our conversation Friday. She got my paperwork together quickly, and called John to take over. From then on everything was top notch, and they even got my car cack to me a day early. John kept me updated throughout. Overall, I was extremely happy.
