I was pleased w/the work that Abra provided. I was impressive w/ the way Abra effectively communicated w/ me every step throughout the repair process. My only disappointment is that Esurrance wouldn't allow a new hire allowance for the specific tire that was directly affected as a result of the accident. Daniel was very professional as well as the Mr. Moriah office staff from the beginning to the end.
