Mr. Youngblood was very amiable and did everything he could to make sure I was completely satisfied. He gets an A from me. The body shop does great work also. The front end that was repaired looks like new. I'll recommend Abra to all my friends.

Because some went into my arm rest and got two pair of shades one pair was a pair of coach that had medinice in them. They didn't have to repair anything in the inside of my car so why was they in the inside looking for something. I wouldn't never knew until I look in the back and seen my gym member key on the floor when I knew it was in my arm rest no one ask me did I have any values in my car. I am so upset the manager tells me to bring a reciepe to my shades but I had them for about 9 months can't find it but my other pair I bought from Macy's I just want my shades back with the medinice in them but after all my car had to go back due to the bumper probably but the young guy that handle my car was very nice every time so the issue isn't with him just the workers because my shades didn't walk away and I want them back then my car was dirty in the inside white dust everywhere and my car don't be dirty at all I'm truly so in happy and one of my tires look like mud was on it for to say they wash it my husband don't take my car through no machine it's hand wash I have had my car for two years and it's never been that nasty every my inside no way. I just can't get over my experience with my car not my shades
