Ms. Denise was wonderful! She made sure to keep me updated even though she knew I'd be out of the country!

Really appreciate the daily updates, not only texts and emails, but especially the phone calls. Car looks great, and even though we had another ice storm during my repair, everything was right on schedule if not a little earlier. And I know the car wash is part of the job, the fact that they vacuumed the inside was another pleasant surprise. Hope I don't have to use them again, but if I do, Abra Mt. Moriah will be my place. Thanks guys, for everything!

I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Abra. More Importantly I was extremely pleased with the assistance I received from Jennifer. She assisted me greatly in obtaining the diagnosis of my mechanical problems as well as being diligent in contacting the responsible party for the repairs to car. She kept me well informed and acted in my behalf on several occasions. After repairs were completed she further assisted me by delivering my newly repaired car to my home due to the impending bad weather and the time constraint I had for coming to pick My car up at the same time I had to arrange for transportation for my daughter from work. This was far and above any experience I have had before. I really appreciate the expertise provided to my car as well as the professional and helpful attitude of the Abra associates. Jennifer and the other staff members are to be commended for the work they do and the timely manner in which they all responded to my needs. A job well done by all. Thanks go to Team ABRA. I plan to use you guys again and refer my friends as well.

The Abra Team, especially Jennifer were all exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to be accommodating. As busy they obviously we're, Jennifer took the time to show me and explain the repairs completed. The price was very reasonable. Abra put to rest all the horror stories I had been told for what for them was a simple process. I will never forget them if I need more repairs or an opportunity to refer them to others "Thank You" so much!
