The young girl working the front desk was awesome!! And everyone was very helpful when I called to check on the status! The car looked great and it was a quick turnaround. However, your text updates were awful - they weren’t accurate, they came all the time, it was very annoying.

Very quick turn around, great job and good text communication. Would have appreciated a call from the actual person with an initial explanation of what needed to be fixed and and estimation of completion. I only received texts which are great but not specific to what was happening in our car repair

Hood no longer fits correctly and driver side light is raised. I pointed these problems out and was told to bring car back and Abra would take care of it. I feel the insurance company not only estimates damage but they determine how long repairs should take. So the body shop has to rush repairs to fit the window of time given by the Insurance company. So I will bring my car back. Am I going to be given a car because now I’m inconvenienced?
