The repairs done were absolutely horrible. I came near closing time, and nobody seemed to care about my dissatisfaction. I will take my vehicle to be repaired somewhere else and will always give negative recommendations when asked about abra from friends, family members, or whoever cares to listen. Nightmare experience when I saw the finished work. It's so bad I wished I would have left it as is and only repaired the steering column so I could drive it.

No one returned my call last Friday re: ensuring parts being on hand for repair today, leading to a few problems today when my car was being repaired (was called to say that parts were unavailable for repair today). Due to my insistence that the repair be finished today, the work was finished (the previously unavailable part was found to be unnecessary). When I picked up my vehicle, however, the bolts on a deflector shield underneath had not been tightened and a representative had to come out and finish the assembly. Overall my vehicle is in better condition than it was, but I think the experience could have been improved.
