I WAS NOY COMPLETELY SATISIFIED I get my car back with a scratch that starts from the hood and continues on to the back of the roof. Not only that, the car was certainly "hotrodded" around. Gas mileage tells no lie. I am completely unsatisfied, and this situation will be handled promptly at 7:30am tomorrow morning.

I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from the team at the Mt. Moriah location in Memphis, TN.

I was referred to Abbra body by Gary York / Service Director for Lexus of Memphis. Jennifer at the body shop is very good at what she does, and kept me informed of the repairs. Jennifer as well as the rest of the staff were also very friendly as well. The repair work looks really good. Unfortunately I am extremely disappointed in the overall appearance of my Trailblazer. I just picked it up a few hours ago the vehicle I was told was being cleaned up before I picked it up. The entire truck appears to have been sprayed with wax that feels like oil right on top of the dirt including my mirrors. The tires have white letters that were almost black from dirt and again sprayed with wax of some sort right on top including the wheels with dirt still attached. That is why I answered your survey as I did. I could have chosen any repair shop I chose yours. I will take pictures of my truck as is then wash it by hand to see the difference and forward them to Mr. York at Lexus as he has ask me to let him know of my satisfaction also. I do appreciate Jennifer as well as a very good and friendly staff though I give them an A rating. Clean up to be desired. Thanks W. E . Pate
