My car is pulling to the left pretty badly and they couldn't explain why other than saying it was a radial pull. But my car had just recently gotten new tires and an alignment before the accident. Also when I got my car back the "wrench" symbol was still lit up and they couldn't tell me if it just needed to be reset or if it meant there was still a problem. Also I took a strip to be replaced on the front of the car and they didn't know if it had been replaced of not. They did not make me feel very confident about their work and they didn't give me a very satisfactory experience and I am not happy about driving a car that is pulling badly. I am going to end up taking my car back to the place where I got my tires to see if they can help me.

Difficult to reach on the phone. They would leave helpful messages but when I called back I had difficulty connecting with anyone who would help me. I really needed the alignment checked due to the fact that the accident was fairly high impact and my car was parked and I don't think they did that. Some of the issues may have been with the insurance company as well so I'm not holding abra completely responsible however I am on the go a lot so when I call back and cannot reach anyone it is extremely frustrating. The work that was done is fabulous as far as I can tell and the women at the front desk Linda Wallace in particular, they were very nice and helpful when I was in the store for drop off and pickup.

I noticed some possible grease/dirt in the passenger seat. Maybe put a towel or plastic on the seats during the repair process.

with the work was wonderful as well of the fine workmanship at

They arranged for my rental car without any hassle to me.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience in a dreaded situation for me.
The service manager, Tony DiFillipo, was very kind, very instructive
and quite reassuring. They made my 10 year old car look like new.
I sent my daughter to them for repair work the next day.
