Job was completed on time and workmanship was good. My only compliant would be as part of our "Select Service" with State Farm the exterior was supposed to be washed and it was not done very thoroughly. Other than that, the experience was positive.

I am not happy with the repair. My convertible top was working perfectly before the accident. It is not working properly now!! I had no messages about stop lights before accident. Now i have messages erratically. Your personell decided to try to fix problems themselves instead of taking my car to Saab dealer like they told me they were doing. The body work looks great!! I cannot understand why you didn't take my car to someone who would bePlease go online on your computer. We want to skype you from Cheryls computer familiar with the Saab instead of having it sit at your shop from Wednesday until today and delivering it to me in this poor condition. The only reason I had you repair my car was because Erie Insurance said that you were a Preferred repair shop. I will sure never prefer you for any future work. I did receive a text from you last Wednesday morning saying that you had sent my car to the Saab dealer. I later found this was NOT TRUE!!! How can you expect me or any other customer to believe any thing you say??
