I'm disappointed that (****) a wreck-side nick could not be defended as being related to the accident and (2) that the lever on an A/C vent was broken and not fixed prior to picking the car up (it wasn't broken prior to bringing my car in). However, the staff was professional and polite and kept me updated as to the status of the repairs.

Timely and efficient!! First time I have been hit in the rear of my vehicle. StatE farm asked me for a automotive shop close to my house; none have them had been recommended to me personally. I got on google, asked state farm who was a reputable automotive shop near me and I said ABRA! I could not be happier w my decision.ABRA Called me every day w updates to let u know what is actually happening w your vehicle(one of my most precious assets) which I greatly appreciated!
