Called me at 12:30 fridaytold me my car would not be ready until Monday. Called back about 3 and said it was fixed. To be picked up. I could not get there friday. Saturday in their 3 hour window was hard. I had a rental car.y car was damaged when I was not even in it. I returned my car first thing Saturday morning and they where going to charge me for another day. If they thought my car could've been ready could they give me a heads up. Inconvient!

My car was delivered to my house last Thursday with the battery light on. I was told by Denise that when they went to start it to deliver it, the battery was dead, so a charger was put on it for about 15-20 minutes. I was told it wouldn't hold the charge, so a new battery was put in it for delivery. Upon starting the cat at my house on Friday to go to work I noticed the battery light on and immediately called abra. They asked me to bring it in for a voltage test. I went there after work and they did a voltage test. It appears that the new battery was almost dead and now I am being told that there may be something wrong with alternator. When I brought my car in originally for body work, there was nothing wrong with alternator, nor were there any lights on dash. I can only assume that placing the charger on the battery did something to the alternator. I am now back in a rental vehicle and my car is back at abra. Not happy at all

She did an outstanding job of keeping me informed, getting the repair finished ahead of estimated repair completion date, and inspection of repaired vehicle. She is a great CSM! Also, Mildred the Customer Service Representative at the front desk very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. My overall rating would be above excellent. Will recommend Abra to family and friends for collision & glass repair work!
