My lack of satisfaction comes from the amount of time it took to complete my repair. The quarter panel was not ordered immediately (was a used one going to be placed on my car after charging the insurance for a new one?) this pushing repair back by weeks. A realistic estimate of time would have ensured that I took my vehicle to another shop for a comparison estimate.
