Will need to make a second trip for improperly installed window (rubber gasket collapsed), drivers door handle loose, and clear coat run on drivers door. Resolved before I left the location included splash guard screw backed out/not tight, window defogger terminals not connected, interior trim cover not installed, and unpainted metal left exposed on the upper fender bracket under the hood following the fender repair. A lot of small preventable issues add up to a big quality problem.

We took are car to u because we were told toby are insurance company. we told u the car was lpulling hard to the right and shaking we picked it up and those problems are still there and maybe worse .also found new goges in the door frame and got no help on these things. i will not recomend u to anyone.

There was not timely, clear communication between Abra rep and the actual people working on the car. There was not timely, clear communication between the Abra rep and myself, the customer. My repair was scheduled two weeks out (plenty of time to get the replacement door in and to determine if the door was up to Abra standards). When I brought my vehicle in I was told the door was in. I was called ****-2 days later and was told that the door did not meet their standards. In which case I was without my car for 2 - 4 days unnecessarily. There was slow or no communication initiated by the Abra rep as the second replacement door was being ordered and coming in and being checked for quality. After being told 2-3 times that my car would be ready on a certain day only to find out there was another hold up, I was told the door handle needed to be replaced. This was extremely obvious from a cursory look and the Abra rep made a note of that at my initial consultation weeks before. This caused another delay in my car's repair. The Abra rep was very apologetic. I had to call numerous times during there time that my car was at this shop to get updates. My calls were typically not returned. I do not work in this field but a shop that is being recommended by a well known insurance company should have had much better service than I received. I do hope for tori company that this was a fluke.
