The repair took much longer than expected, the cost was much higher than the estimate, and the day I picked up my car it overheated on the way home and had to be towed back to ABRA. It's been a nightmare.

Josh and Ashley were absolutely amazing! This is the second time I've brought my '15 Ford F150 to them and the results were as if I just bought the truck off the lot again! I drove all the way up from GA to their Radford Rd NC office! As long as I'm in the East Coast, I'll do what it takes to get my vehicles to them for any repairs or work! I don't trust auto body shops, but Abra is not your typical shop...thank you everyone at Abra on Radford Rd.

The staff is very nice, but my backseat was not properly replaced and I had to report it to a technician. I waited for it to be properly installed and learned the clips were broken and needed to be ordered and I'd have to come back for that repair after it was in the shop for over 30 days. That was disappointing.
