Almost did not use ABRA because of poor experience with Cool Springs location. Went in to ask for quick quote on a side view mirror replacement and was told employees were too busy to help me. So I left. Got an estimate from a competitor and decided to give the Gallatin location a shot just to compare price. The saved me money and were very quick and pleasant.

Yes, COMPLETELY SATISFIED and it's because of the excellent customer service I received from Dominic Lundsberg, Customer Service Manager. From the moment he introduced himself to me right after I got the news that my car could not be taken in until FEB 23rd!!!!!!! It was the last thing I wanted to hear 17 days away, as it was FEB 7th. Mr. Lundsberg, came up to me and told me that my satisfaction was his number one priority and that he was there to make sure my car was taken care of and that he would get in in THAT DAY. He continued his excellent customer service by keeping me updated every day that week leaving me voice mails on the status of my car. Although my car release date was to be Tuesday FEB 14, Mr. Lundsberg came through again and my car was ready a day ahead of schedule. ABRA is first-rate because of outstanding employees like Mr. Dominic Lundsberg. He is a ROCK STAR in my book professional, kind, thorough, proficient, personable and qualified. Maryjo G
