The car looks better than before it was wrecked. Thay went beyond our expectations replacing the pin stripping that was half wore off. My daughter is so excited. We would definitely recommend ABRA to our friends and use them in the future but hopefully we want have to.

Thieves is about the best way to sum up this survey. I will never bring another vehicle to Abra. One of your employees stole over 50 worth of change out of my center console! When I spoke with the manager he had the audacity to tell me those guys make more than me and he didn't think they would do that. Absolutely pathetic from all ends and a disgrace from how he handled it. I will make certain this message is heard in as many places as possible.

Everything was great. Except for the moment I had to pay. My contact was Brian, sorry I don't have his last name, and he was very informative and personable during the process of getting my car fixed. Things went downhill when I called to confirm my credit card had been approved and to finish my experience with ABRA. Taking my card information, scheduling my vehicles' drop off and overall finalization of my experience with y'all was very unpleasant. The only words to describe it would be, I paid y'all and now I'm done with you! Maybe Brian had a "bad" lunch and found out some personal issues? I say this because, this review would have been a 100 on a **** to 10 scale!!! Brian was great up-until I paid my bill and he was "done with me." Overall, the conclusion to a paying client, your business was suggested by Liberty Mutual, was horrible. Thank you, Daniel F
