They are very professional. Our representative Mercedes kept us updated on a daily basis. She made our experience stress free. I did not have to call **** time to check on the status of our vehicle. Mercedes kept us updated. I would highly recommend ABBRA and use them again. Not to mention our vehicle looks as if. It was never in an acccident. They did a great job on the repairs and made sure that the paint job matched perfect. This is the first time that we had body work done on a vehicle and didn't have to stress about anything. I give them a 10 out of 10.
