Rick was awesome. He called about every other day to give me a status update, which I wasn't expecting. And the repair came out looking factory OEM. After I got home, I had questions about my deductible and the final cost versus the estimated cost. Rick went above and beyond to help me understand what I needed to. Excellent experience at Abra and with Rick. Hope I don't need Abra again in the future, but if I do, I will be looking forward to it, know that they will do the best job with the best quality and customer service that is available in today's world.
