The repair went well. I was kept up to date and informed by Brian. I was a little less thrilled with my interactions with the receptionist. I asked for an early morning appointment and she offered me a 9 am. 9 am is more midmorning in my opinion. I told I have work at 8 am. I wanted to have a rental car and was told there wouldn't be enough time for me to drop my car and get a rental. Maybe there wasn't, but it seems there could have been some accommodation. The week of the appointment turned busier than expected and when I called to see if I could drop it off the night before I was told their were no openings. She explained the car had to be checked in. The next morning this took all of ten minutes. She then wanted to reschedule my appointment, not what I asked for at all. I don't understand how I couldn't have checked in the night before or gotten a rental car the next morning. I'm sure everyone wants special allowances for their time the car is in the shop, but I felt undervalued by the receptionist as if she was doing me the favor taking my appointment at all.

I would recommend ABRA to anyone I know who might need body or paint work done on their car or truck. Honest, compatent, people who treated me with kindness and respect. The work done on my car turned out even better than I expected. A very good place to do business. I will go back, should I need their services again .
