The one thing that could improve are the text message updates. The only one of the 4 or 5 I received that was informative at all was letting me know that my car was finished and ready to pick up. One said that my car was happy at Abra, which doesn't tell me anything and made me feel guilty for not naming it. Instead I would have preferred to have received a message stating, "your car is finished with metals and is going into the primer" or something that actually tells me the status.
