Whoever worked on my Lexus GS350 not only did an exceptional job but went above and beyond. I have noticed a protective decal on the back bumper on other Lexus’ and I’ve always admired the decal but for one reason or another my Lexus didn’t come with it. To my surprise, upon picking up my car yesterday and getting in the trunk, my car now has the decal I’d been admiring and paid attention to for so long. It was delivered back to me before the original ETA and better than I expected. Can’t ask for more than that!

They're all great, but my biggest win was keeping me informed the whole 3 weeks exactly what was going on. I leave the house for work at 6:30am and get home at 8:00pm. I barely have time to breath...never one time did I have to call and ask how it was going. I always had a voice mail from Adam telling me the parts come in, or it was going to the paint department, giving me any updated time estimates. She's home and as good as new! :) Thank you Adam!!
