The car rental wants to charge me for the days not covered by insurance. O told the rental agent that I would not be able to return car last week, he said no problem, geico would cover all the days. AND. Even if I could return the car last week you guys called me at ****:30 on Christmas Eve and were closing at 3:00. Giving me only **** ****/2 to get that done on a holiday. You did not reopen until today. Please call me ****-****-xxxx

Rick Hardin was so wonderful to work with! He was attentive, kind, prompt and patient. He is just an all around kind man and he has a great disposition. Allstate was frustrating (not informing ABRA I didn't need to pay my deductible), but that had nothing to do with Rick. Also, the guy who came to pick me up at my house to give me a ride back to my car was really nice as well. Thanks ABRA! The vehicle looks great, and clean.

I was a little timid about initially hearing that my insurance didn't cover my normal repair shop where other companies have allowed my car to be taken. I was extremely impressed with the speed of the checkin process, the Geico claims staff, and especially the Enterprise service representative. I loved the text updates, staff was kind, the repair shop was clean, and I could not have been better taken care of. The Cadillac SUV rental that was given to me was a dream and it took the edge off of realizing how much I had to pay for my deductible. Geico's claim reps called me and gave me updates on when to pick up my car, and they informed me of anything that was going on. It made me feel in the loop 100%. I loved my experience at this repair shop, and rest assured, if my car gets in an accident again, I will be right back to trusting hands here. My Sequoia looks brand new, and the full professional detail inside and out was a wonderful surprise at the end. It looks better than my normal wash and wax jobs!! I will definitely be recommending this repair shop to friends that ask about a good collision shop. Well done. You have exceeded my expectations.
