Over all a job well-done. I would rate the service a 4/5. The front desk was a little rude with my wife and I multiple times. Chris was a great guy to work with. I appreciated his help during this process. The text updates were very ambiguous and vague. I expected actual updates that pertained to my repair. But again, I was pleased with the work and that is very important.

Rick was very good about explaining the process from beginning to end. He was very personable and answered any questions I had. It was nice to have Enterprise rental agency on site.
