Tremor Seguin was f'ing awesome. When inspecting my car after work was complete, I was comparing fixed side to non damaged side of car. We noticed non damaged side was missing a decal from a repair from another place (Ken garf) and he took it right back in the shop and replaced that for me. Plus on initial inspection he noted scratches not associated with the accident and got touch up paint put on them no charge. Amazing service. Matt was great too, answered all my questions and set me up with Trevor. Enterprise in-house was awesome for the convenience factor and they didn't even take a credit card prior to giving me the rental (in case returned missing gas, etc.) Hertz w/Ken Garf was terrible, they actually took a gas deposit to be returned upon giving the car back (which they "forgot" to reverse, I had to call). Best experience in this situation in my left, keep up the good work.

I was blown away by the service and professionalism. I knew they'd take care of me, and they did. Hopefully I never have to fix a car again but if I do I'll probably go to Abra.

I WAS APPREHENSIVE ABOUT HER HAVING IT REPAIRED SO FAR AWAY FROM ME THINKING WERE GOING TO HAVE PROBLEMS AND I CAN BE THERE TO HELP HER TAKE CSR OF IT LIKE A FATHER SHOULD. BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE.
