First off the work on my car was more than I expected. I've never had to use a car (body) repair shop, and the work was excellent. I was so very pleased and it looks fantastic!! Second Abra kept in touch with me through text on a daily bases which I appreciated so much. Being busy at work I didn't have to take a phone call but I was informed on a regular basis on the status of my car. I thought it would take just a day or two (it took 5) but like l said I've never had body work done so that was my own idea :) I was more than pleased with the service!! And finally every single person were so accommodating and pleasant. I used Abra because the insurance company told me that's where I should take my car but u will use them personally in the future and recommend them to everyone I know. Thanx Abra for a very, very pleasant experience.
