The Abra team did a super job repairing my car. I was very happy with the quality of the work and responsivieness of the team. They went above and beyond to expedite which was greatly appreciated. The issue I have is with the quote being significantly off due to an incorrect part cost in your system. It was about double what was quoted and resulted in an increase of 200. The car was not completely repaired when we were called to pick it up after the first call. Abra had to keep the car an additional day to complete the repairs. Once the car was completed (after 2nd set of repairs) the car looked great.
