From the first phone call through the entire step-by-step process, all the way up until my car was completed the service has been incredible. The workmanship of the repairs on my vehicle are spectacular. The color matching and flawlessness exceeded my expectations.

Not only did The ABRA treat me with respect from the time I walked in the front door at the Madison East building. I was treated with respect then went above and beyond to not only take care of my vehicle and just so you're where it turned out perfect in my mind. The staff there also took very good care of me from start to finish and due to a surgical procedure they had recently had they brought my truck back to me I expected it to be just drove into my home what's my surprise they actually delivered it on a flatbed which not only iPhone very awesome totally shocked me once again proving that the Madison east building went above and beyond and for that I'm extremely grateful and will be returning customer if ever needed I will also inform my friends if they have issues with their vehicles to deafly take it to you folks. Extremely happy about the whole process

Everyone was professional, helpful and courteous throughout the process. They kept me informed with texts and phone calls, delivered the car when promised, and did a great job! I couldn't be happier and will certainly use them again for repairs to my other car that Ned's some body work.

There was miscommunication regarding arrangements for the rental car which resulted in me getting to work later than I planned. That afternoon I had to make alternate arrangements for child pick up because I didn't have a car. Both were relatively minor inconveniences but a **** was dropped on Abra's end when the rental was set up and then again when I dropped off my car.

There was glass in the trunk of our car when we brought it home. That should have all been cleaned up.

It was very helpful how you guys texted me about my car.

Dan, Josh, Rebecca and the whole team were great and made what could have been a cumbersome, sucky situation a great one.

I had a great experience at the Madison East location. I live and work on the westside of town and Abra drove my car to my job and dropped off my rental! Complete life saver, I would have not been able to get my car until the weekend if the folks and Madison East did not go above and beyond the call of duty. Great service!
