when get the car ready to delivery to customer, make sure your guys check everything for 100% customer satisfaction. If there are spots left on the area that was worked on, acknowledge it immidiately and fix it without letting customer have 2nd thought about your service. In my case, there was a spot left on the panel that was fixed. I asked your guy why there was still a spot there. He told me that that spot was there before the fix and your guys didn't touch it. However, in fact your guys repaint that whole area. I told your guy such that. Your guy acknowledged and removed it.

I filed a claim with Geico and went to see a Geico representative about an estimate on the repair cost at Abra. I was told a new part would be ordered and I would be contacted in a few days. I waited for four weeks and still did not receive a call. I had to call the representative and inform him that it had been four weeks and I was never contacted or brought in. I came in and was told that my paperwork wasn't correctly done so no one had any idea why I was there. I filled out the paperwork and left my car for the mechanics to repair. After receiving my car back, I noticed that they didn't properly seal the plastic liner in the wheel well (the whole point of the visit was to repair holes and exposures in the wheel well). The experience is currently not over yet since I have to take my car in again tomorrow afternoon for them to properly complete the repairs. Would any customer experiencing these issue be satisfied?
