They were able to acomodate me with my work schedule and made sure enterprise was there with a rental for me so that I could get on to work. When the repairs were done I was able to just drop off my rental there and be on my way. Not to mention the repairs wore done properly and in a very timely manner. Thanks to everyone there.

I received the best customer service from both Ed and Ron. I heard from them every day whether it was in text, by phone or both. I never had to wonder what the status was on the repairs to my car. They were very friendly and informative throughout my whole experience. Any questions I had were answered immediately. When my car was finished, they gave a thorough walk thru of all repairs and explained everything in detail. I was extremely pleased and will highly recommend ABRA to anyone I know needs car repairs done.

We were very happy with the response time after the accident. We felt reassured every step of the way due to the constant communication. We however did not initially authorize Abbra to proceed with the work. We thought that you were only scheduled to perform an appraisal. In the end,however, we were pleased.

My truck was repaired in a timely and professional manner. I especially liked how I was kept informed of the progress throughout the repair via text and phone conversations . The employee working on my truck even worked late the last night so I could get my truck back before the weekend, which allowed me to return my rental and save me money. I did not realize that there is a loose gasket on the front of my truck

Abra did a great job repairing my car. They got it don't in the timeframe promised (early, actually) and I've had great work done at this location before. I even wrote a compliment letter the last time, so good was the job done. What I think is bizarre is how brainwashed everyone is at the shop to hammer the importance of this survey into the customer. It's like they fear for their jobs, should a survey not get completed, or should they not give a ten out of ten. Listen, they did a ten out of ten job this time, just like last time. I will write to whoever I have to within corporate if it means someone knows they do great work, if it means I never have to hear, read, get texted or emailed about it again. That being said, the crew at the shop is communicative and fixed my car perfectly. Please tell them their work is great sho they don't have to be afraid of getting a 9 out of 10 every again. By the way, a 90% is still an A. Well, in public school.

Could not ask for better service and a job well done. From the receptionist to the obviously extremely experienced body repairmen, hats off for a super job! My Jeep was practically detailed inside and out! I was shock that they went out of thier way to clean my Jeep so well and make my Jeep NEW again.
