I am very happy with the body work done on my Audi A4 by ABRA Auto Body & Glass in New Berlin. Steve Dammers did an excellent job figuring out the parts I needed for the repair. Steve provided me with knowledgeable and professional service.

I loved being kept informed of the process. Steve was extremely helpful and able to answer all my concerns and more...Thank you. If there is one thing I would like to see improved (as this is my 2nd visit with you) the rental car experience was not good. Enterprise was informed of when and where I needed the car. I was told that I could drop off my car for repair and my rental would be there and I could be on my way....Both times Enterprise picked me up and I had to go back to their office and wait at least 45 minutes to obtain my rental that should have been set up ahead of time. My time is valuable and this was the only experience that was not enjoyable....not that getting your car fixed is an enjoyable experience. LOL. Thanks.

After it was picked up to go back in for additional work, I was specifically told that I'd get a call in the afternoon. There was NO phone call. I called after it was dropped off (not knowing it was dropped off), as I wasn't at that location because I was anticipating a phone call prior and work had sent me offsite. I ended up having to call and find out that my car was dropped off, despite the fact that I did NOT want to take receipt of the vehicle without reviewing it, but that didn't happen. This is after being told my vehicle was ready last Friday, never being told that Abra was open on Saturday until the voicemail I got on Friday evening, then showing up on Saturday to find out more work was done. Between the poor communication, not making sure the car was completely clean and back together properly, I really can't say I'd recommend this location. I also informed Steve of some squeaking within the driver side door which actually seemed worse after it was dropped back off to me (seems like it might be the door and window), but I do not plan on having it back in, as I don't want all the additional mileage to and from the shop for things to not be 100% proper.

Great fast and high quality job

Very friendly and efficient. Excellent customer service. Drop off and pick up was extremely quick. I appreciated that Enterprise was waiting when I arrived to drop off my vehicle instead of needing to wait. This entire experience exceedied my expectations. I would recommend ABRA.

The friendliness and professionalism of everyone I dealt with made this frustrating ordeal of having an accident a bearable experience.
