First of all i would think that you would get my my name correct. It is Jo Ann Jagodzinski. I'm not sure where you received the spelling. The text updates didn't tell me anything. It would have been nice if someone would have called me to give me an accurate update. When i did pick up the car nobody walked around the car with me to make sure everything was ok. I had to find the chip in the paint myself. I have to bring my vehicle back to get the door repainted. Another inconvenience. I had a vehicle repaired at your west allis location and the service was much better. Disappointing.

I appreciated the daily updates and my car was done a day early! Good customer service...even changed a taillight bulb not part of the job :) thanks!
