Everyone was great. I appreaciated being kept informed of progress on the repairs. Returning my car spotless inside and out was awesome! My only suggestion would be that when it's cold outside remember that any moisture on the inside will cause the interior of the windows to frost....& my car froze to the ground! Thank you for a job well done! I couldn't be happier with the results & overall service.

Poor communication. Inaccurate estimate. Poor end results which ended up in further damage to the vechicle. Poor customer service, as a customer I was treated with disrespect and sarcasm. Highly unsatisfied. Will not return to Abra for future work nor recommend Abra. The better business bureau will be contacted and well as a district manager.

The estimate on timing needs to be better communicated. Just because you are told parts need to be ordered, ABRA can not assume that you know that means it will be days.
Was told on Friday, 12/2 AM that the car would more than likely be completed by end of day, and if not, Saturday. Was told I would get a call Friday late afternoon. I did not receive the call. I called on Saturday and was told the only remaining item was to clean the car & because the receptionist was the only one there, I could not give the car until Monday, 12/5. Very frustrating.
