After going one week without my car, I received a phone call from Steve asking if I could bring my car in next week. I explained to him that I have already been with a car for a week and need to get my car repaired. I said I was still dropping my car off at 11 am and to make sure Enterprise would be there with my rental car, since I had an appt at 12:15, that I already had to reschedule due to not having a car. He said no problem it would be taken care of. After waiting until 11:15 I believe it was Molly who asked the other girls working if anyone had called Enterprise to see if they were coming, at which point they said no and called Enterprise. My rental car finally arrived and I asked Brandon, who was from Enterprise if Steve had called at 9am to make sure the rental would be there at 11am. He said, no the only call he got was from the girl at 11:15. I was late to my appt and confused as to why Steve didn't make the call so my rental would be ready when I said I was coming in. Also, my repair was marked as a glass repair and not body work. I have used the Brookfield Abra and did not have any problems in the past.

My car looks wonderful! Everyone was most helpful and pleasant. I especially appreciate your delivering my car to me. It was a big help in the snow storm. Many thanks for a job well done.
