I don't normally respond to these kind of surveys, but I was not completely satisfied with my experience. A couple of things were frustrating... ****) When I returned to my car, it was vacuumed, but all the items in my car were thrown about on the seats and floor, including a rag left on my passenger seat. 2) Within the course of two days, I received four emails, 2 texts, and 3 phone calls "updating" me on the progress. The phone calls and emails were mostly redundant, and only two actually provided information. 3) Lastly, the person who quoted my vehicle would not give a ballpark time frame on when it would be complete initially, until I asked several times. This was important so I could give an estimate to the rental car company. I found this ironic given the tagline on his email said, "Right the first time...on time". How can it be on time if I don't receive a time? Thankfully, the car was repaired well which I appreciate, but these things outside of the actual repair could be improved. I really don't enjoying giving poor feedback, but I was told several times through email, text, and in person to give feedback.

I didn't appreciate the "Betterment " clause where I have to pay for 10 percent of parts to fix my car.
This may be out of ABRA"s control but maybe can consider waiving that fee for its customers.
