I had the BEST experience with the Abra Team of **** Robins Georgia! Everyone was just awesome, especially Amber ! She was professional , informative and Friendly ! In all my years I have never been as totally Satisfied with customer service as I was with Amber ! The repair Work that was done on my car was a very excellent quality Job and I was very pleased with the work that was done ! I was kept informed through text messages during the Repair process . My car was ready in record time , in fact it was Ready a day early! This was a no hassle, great quality , awesome Service and the best experience I have ever had in dealing with This type of situation ! I wii definitely be telling my family , friends and Others about Abra and the expertise of their service and great Quality auto body work ! Thanks for being so wonderful ! They were very professional, courteous and cared about getting my van fixed right the first time. I will recommend them to anyone that needs auto body or glass work.

Work done was well and timely.you may pass along to allstate that their policy of requiring cusomers to accept aftermarket or used parts is not appretiated at all.I have never before been asked to sign such a waiver.
