When I arrived to pick up my car my keyless entry wouldn’t work and my battery was dead. The Service King rep jumped my car off and said it was probably due to having the doors open while repairing my car. He said I shouldn’t have to drive it long to het my battery charged. After picking my car up I drove around for a little while to give my battery more time to charge. After I completed my class I went to start my car and the battery was dead. I had a function to be at in Nashville at noon and it was 11 I took an Uber back to Service King to get my rental car I had left there as instructed by Enterprise. The Service King rep was not apologetic in any way when he gave me my keys back to my rental. My newly repaired car still sits at Lifetime gym with a dead battery and I am still driving my rental car (had the keep and pay for 2 additional days) until I can get some help Monday morning to jump my car off. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating especially when no help was offered by the Service King rep.

First, I got conflicting reports on at when my car would be ready from a supposedly a computer generated text and from the actual representative at the store. Secondly, when I was told to come pick up my car and I came to pick it up no one went out and look at the car with me. I walked around to find that piece of molding had not been replaced and was absent. Went in Back inside to let them know that I had a piece of molding missing. A rep (not the one assigned to my case) did immediately acknowledge me and took my concern to the rep in charge of my case Jordon who I could see on the back. The the molding had not been irseres for the car and Jordon was on the phone with the dealership. It would take about a half hour to get the part an put it on. I had to leave in 15 minutes. Therefore the rep said Jordan would call me when he got off the phone with the dearlahip.............the next day I called, after being put on hold the resecptiknaist let me know that the part would not be in until the next week. Meanwhile I noticed that my window on the repairs side of my car does not work. This is fairly new car 2016, 50,k miles and the window was working when I took the car in. So, my repair has not been completed
