My back inside panel was not replaced. It is currently exposed. There is damage to the hatch that is extremely noticeable and obviously caused by the accident but not acknowledged or fixed. When I got out for the first time, the seal on the drivers side door frame is broken. It was fine before entering the shop. I will be returning on Monday to address these issues.

I could not be more pleased with our service and I look forward to having the chance to recommend your company to others. Kasey Meeks was just wonderful. She was professional, courteous and true to her word about when my car would be ready and the fine quality of the work. She also went out of her way to help me with the rental car which I appreciated very much. I don't know her name but I wish the lady who works at your front desk worked everywhere I do business. She was helpful, friendly ,efficient..land just plain nice. I did not do any comparison price shopping and I don't plan to in the future. Thank you. Debby Koch

I thought from what I was told that my truck would be transported on a flat bed truck. Also there were dirt in the paint on the right side and it was pretty dirty when I got it back. The bed of the truck was terrible, nothing really major though.

I picked my car up following service on the drivers side door and back door for dents caused by some someone swinging wide in a parking lot. When I tried to roll down my drivers door window the next day it rolled down but would not roll back up more than ****/5 of the way all the while making a grinding sound before halting. The window did not have any issue rolling up or down prior to my service at service king. It worked before the incident causing needed repairs and with the damage following prior to receiving repairs. It does not work now that the repairs have been made. I have had to remove all valuables and duct tape a trash bag over the window. I will be returning Monday morning to get it fixed and very unhappy to have to take the additional time to have to do so.
