The staff were very nice and helpful. My only issue is that the repairs took a lot longer than I was initially told. I was told my vehicle would be repaired before a Christmas and the repairs were only completed yesterday. I believe it is important that customer expectations are in line with the actual delivery of service. Again, the staff were very nice and I enjoyed interacting with them.

I will be taking the car back on Monday so they can look at an unusual noise when the car is stopped with the brakes, but still in drive. The sound goes away when it is in park or when it is advancing. I already talked to one of the guys at the shop.

my car looks better than it did before. and im thankful that they cleaned it up for me even tho a quarter tank of gas was used in my car.. but they have a great team. once again thanks for vacuuming my car and i think mayb the outside was washed as well.

They said that a cat gt in the shop and scratch all over my car. One man buffed it for 5 seconds and that was it. I can still see the scratches.the thing is I just got it not to long ago this is my first new car.Im very upset.
