My car was in the shop for repairs and the car is not driving correctly. There was damage to my wheels in my tires and after the repairs have been made my car is pulling to the right And not driving smoothly. Also my deductible was only supposed to be 500 in my card was charged 572.10.! I tried to call today to get this resolved and was told I would have to call Monday as she couldn't help me .

John at the Murfreesboro Pike location in Nashville was wonderful! He explained everything, was very reassuring and patient, and fixed everything perfectly. The receptionist was also very sweet and very helpful. I would definitely go to this location again despite living closer to another one due to the staff. It's such a nice to go to such a pleasant place despite it being for an unfortunate circumstance!
