The staff were very cordial and knowledgeable. At no point during the process did I have to call for an update. Gus proactively sent updates daily. This is by far the best experience I have had with any repair/body shop. Great Job.....Becka, Gus, and the entire staff.

Alex Perez was our adjuster and was very professional in his interaction with me. We received prompt service, consistent communication keeping us abreast of the status of the repairs and expected timeline when our vehicle would be ready to be picked up.
