Your communication process is too automated, whether generated by computer or regularly churned out by your advisor. It is not a thoughtful, genuine process. WE had to take the initiative to learn that our vehicle would not be ready even though we'd been told for two weeks that it was on schedule. We understand that parts unavailability is out of your control, but communication about that needs to be more timely and explanatory. The work itself appears to be fine, although the inside was dusty in several places like the glove box and door pockets.
