Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Our repair was done well and in a timely manner. I sincerely appreciated the honestly regarding the hail damage that our Tahoe received while sitting on your lot. It's nice to know ABRA will take care of repairing those damages. It's great to work with an honest company that treats their customers as they would want to be treated.

Customer service was pretty poor but the shop was great. Had to wait 5 weeks for an appointment because I was told Abra would call me but that did not happen. I called and was told I misunderstood and I would be lucky to get in for a couple months. You did better than that, I guess I was lucky. Shop called me every couple days and kept me completely informed.
