Took 14 days to complete instead of 5 as estimated. Poor communication about when car would be ready. Had to take car to dealer and pay them to reset airbag code, which was caused by body work. Passenger door does not open smoothly any more, the latch hangs up.

The front of my hood was missing a bolt and one bolt was also broken. The xar reeked of grease. And I didnt receive any feedback on the status of my engine, and I'm not even sure if they actually checked my engine. When I checked the oil when I got the car home it was a quart low and it smelt like burnt chain saw oil. I'm happy with the great work they did on the body and I would take it to them again for that reason but my concerns mentioned in this statement are irritating
