Abra was very professional but the Geico Inspector was short with me in the beginning and did not want to hear my perspective on what happened with the accident. I was just unhappy because they refused to fix the tail lights on my car. I feel like she was just giving her opinion and because I was saying she was incorrect she did not want to make the adjustment.
