I really appreciated the friendly and accurate updates that your team provided about the status of the car. Also, one of the front desk staff members (a young woman with red hair) was positive, went out of her way to ensure that our needs were met. She was friendly to my young son, patient and understanding. Wry professional staff all around! I have to say that this was our best experience-- ever-- with an auto body shop. There was some damage done to our windshield but after confirming that the damage occurred post-intake, your professional staff helped us to get started on having a repair person come to my workplace to fix it. Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience. All of your staff are wonderful!
