I was impressed with the customer service I received from the moment I arrived to drop off my car all the way to picking up the car once the repairs were finished. I received regular text messages and calls from Kurt Smithson who was in charge of the repair process. There was a rental car already arranged for me when indroppednoff my car and I was able to drop the rental car off at the body shop when I picked up my car. It was very convenient for me.

I was satisfied, with the exception of having to come back after driving half way home and realizing my alignment was still off and my warning light was still on. These were discussed prior to repair. However the staff that was still there were very helpful and friendly and addressed my needs as quickly as they could And I appreciate that.

My pathfinder was the first car I've ever bought off a car lot. I've never done auto body repairs to any of my vehicles before and was really nervous. You guys dod a fabulous job with repairing my bumper even went as far as cleaning my windshield on the inside which was much needed you polished her up and she was like new again. Gave me the feeling of getting it off the lot...the pride you get. everyone was so nice Kurt the farmers insurance agent, The front desk attendance. The enterprise person who put me at ease to the guy (I'm terrible with names) that brought my car around to me. Thank you everyone!
